Mark Bowden tries to remedy this with his excellent new book, Hue 1968 ... Mr. Bowden has done a superb job of telling the story as he did with Blackhawk Down. One can sometimes get lost in the plethora of Vietnamese names, but as in war the individuals are less important than lessons imparted; and in Hue, there were lessons aplenty.
