PositiveThe New York Times Book Review... crepuscular but dreamy ... The naughty pleasure of this novel is bound up in our fascination with fakes, especially when executed in the cavalier mode of Robin Hood. Perhaps Buenos Aires is more forgiving, but I doubt it.
